The Judge Law Firm has developed a streamlined approach to recovering delinquent assessments for homeowners associations.  Our firm uses one of three available options to collect the delinquent assessment: non-judicial foreclosure; judicial foreclosure; and a civil suit.  Each collection method has its own advantages and disadvantages and we will tailor our collection methods based on the amount of the delinquent assessment and status of the homeowner’s mortgage and to meet the homeowners association’s needs.
