The majority of HOA disputes are usually resolved through negotiation and non-judicial dispute resolution procedures such as IDRs or mediations (ADR). However, when litigation does become necessary, we provide our clients with forceful, responsive and detailed litigation services. If our clients are sued and are represented by insurance-appointed defense counsel, we provide oversight of and guidance to those attorneys and we provide the Board with evaluation of their actions and strategy and assist the Board throughout the pending lawsuit.
